Window with UPVC frame and glass shutter and holders, with grills and mosquito mesh.

Flooring:
First quality double charge vitrified tiles 800 x 800.

Kitchen:
Pearl Black Granite cooking platform with steel sink.

Toilets:
Best quality anti-skid designer flooring tiles and digital tiles for walls and good quality sanitary fittings (ISI Brand).

Electrical:
Concealed PVC pipes & copper wiring with adequate points for A/C, lights, fans, calling 110, TV & telephone.

Painting:
Wall care finish, wall care putty paints for external walls ASIAN or Berger.

Shelves:
Guntur shelves – only bedrooms and kitchens 200 sft.

Plumbing:
All water pipelines are with CPVC / UPVC pipes. (ASTRAL Cor) ASIRVAD.

Water:
Bore water for general purpose to be supplied through overhead tank.
Sump, Mineral water.

Power Generator:
Generator backup for common lighting.
